Orders may be changed or cancelled at any time during the online ordering processes up to the point when payment is made.
Delivery charges depending on spend will be shown in the shopping cart once all items have been added and the delivery address confirmed.

All orders will be packed in insulated boxes with dry ice (CO2), therefore will arrive frozen – please transfer immediately to a freezer, no refund or replacement will be available for orders not immediately transferred to the freezer to prevent defrosting. Dry Ice is extremely cold and should be handled with care when disposing.
We deliver goods twice a week. Deliveries are made on a WEDNESDAY and a FRIDAY, for orders placed before 11:30am on the day before (Tuesday and Thursday). We will do our best to accommodate late order requests where possible. However, we cannot be held liable for any delays due to circumstances beyond our control. Our courier can deliver from 7am on the day of delivery
Goods are despatched via a third party courier service and usually a signature is required upon delivery. However, goods can be left as instructed at time of order at the owner’s risk. Goods left will be the buyer’s responsibility.
Shortages or breakages apparent at the time of delivery must be digitally photographed and reported to the office within 24 hours of receipt of goods.
Due to the nature of the product we are unable to accept returns. Where goods have not been supplied in accordance with the purchase order, the customer must contact Windmill Hill Fruits within 48 hours of receipt to agree a refund or replacement. Replacement will be sent on our next shipping day, and refunds will be processed within 48 hours.
All items on the website are sold subject to availability.
